UAE Labour Card Eligibility

For Employers

  • The employer must not hold onto expired labour cards, and he should keep his records in order.
  • The employer should make sure that his company’s standards are just according to the standards set by the Ministry.
  • He must ensure that employees’ salaries are in line with the profession.

For Employees

  • The employee must possess the necessary qualifications required for the job.
  • The employee should be at least 18 years old and shouldn’t be older than 60 years.
  • The employee should pass the medical examination and obtain the medical certificate from his home country.

  • Method 1: By downloading Official MOHRE App from iOS or Google Play Store.

Download Your UAE Labour Card

As it has been mentioned that UAE authorities are no longer issuing physical Labour Cards. So, now, you can download your digital labour card from the MOHRE website. Follow the steps below in order to print your Labour Card.

  • Step 1: Visit the official MOHRE website.
  • Step 2: Hover over the “Services” Section in the header and click on “New Enquiry Services“. You’ll be redirected to the MOHRE Enquiry page.
  • Step 3: Now click on “Choose A Service” and select “Print Electronic Work Permit“.

Labour Card Expiry
